Soak chana dal (bengal gram) for 5-6 hours or overnight
Grind the chana dal coarsly
In the grinder add chilli , ginger and curry leaves
Mix with the grinded chana dal and this chilli mix
Add chopped spinach
Add salt
Add coarsly grinded coriander seeds
Add pinch of baking soda to it and mix it well
Make flat cutlets of this mix
And deep fry then on oil till nicely brown.
