Preheat oven to 160° c
Line two baking trays with baking paper
Sieve the icing sugar, cocoa powder and salt in a large bowl.
Separate your egg whites and beat until soft peaks are formed.
Add to the dry mixture
And fold in until it looks like this
Bake in hot oven for ten to fifteen minutes
They should look like this when their done
Coll on the tray for about five minutes before putting them on the cooling rack
They half brownies and half cookies
- 400.0g Icing sugar
- 100.0g Cocoa powder
- 1/2tsp Salt
- 1/2tsp Vanilla essence
- 4.0 Egg whites
