Apply your powerbond (sorry I have blue all over my fingers)

Do you first coat of blue in using china glaze frostbite

Now your second coat

Start by making 3 lines on you accent nail

Then put two small lines coming out of the top

Then put two more lines coming out below the first two

Then do two more under the other two

Now you just have to clean them up and your done!
