Chop onions, bouillon in bowl with hot water. Can also use vegetable broth.
Squash in the pot with bouillon mixture, onions. Add curry powder and spices now. Cook until tender.
Blend squash smooth. I used immersion blender.
All smooth. Pour in coconut milk.
Green onions and peeled and deveined shrimp.
Soup cooked about 30 minutes. Covered.
