How to make cupcakes

1 stick butter = 114 gr

1 cup sugar

Mix together

Add 2 eggs

Place in one bowl: 1 1/2 cup flour, 1 tbs baking powder, salt

1 1/2 cup milk and vanilla extract

Gradually mix alltogether

Fill 1/3

For filling: 1 cup berries

Place in heated owen

1/2 cup of water, 1/4 sugar

Pour into berries and boil for 10-15 minutes

Bake until golden

For frosting: 8 oz Philadelphia + 2 sticks butter (180 gr each)

Mix with sugar powder approx 200 gr

Cut off the top

Place boiled cherries inside

Place tops back on top

Put frosting in a piping bag

Decorate
