Use a juice extractor to extract the juice out of the cucumbers, you will need 1 cup of cucumber juice

Add the juice into a beaker or bowl

Use a citrus press or citrus juicer to get 1/2 cup of lime juice. DO NOT USE BOTTLED LIME JUICE...that crap's just too nasty!

Add the lime juice to the beaker.

Strain the mixture onto a wide, shallow dish, I used an oven dish but feel free to use a plastic container.

Freeze for an hour

Scrape with a fork, and continue freezing.
