These are all the seasonings I used.
Start by bringing a pot of water to boil for the spaghetti.
While the water comes to a boil, dice up your cucs, onion, garlic,
and a red pepper. 😊
In another pot, heat up the EVOO on medium heat. My EVOO has garlic, but you can use whatever you'd like.
When the EVOO is hot, add in the onion and cook for about three minutes.
Next, add in the garlic and cook for another three minutes.
Next add in the red pepper, seasoning, salt and pepper and cook for another two minutes.
Add in the pint of half and half. You can also add in a pint of almond or coconut milk. I used almond milk my first time making this and it was awesome as well.
Stir everything together and bring to a boil.
Meanwhile, your pot of water should be boiling.
Add in your spaghetti or whatever pasta you enjoy.
add in your cucs.
When your spaghetti noodles are al dente (or however you like them) drain and toss some on a plate.
Top the noodles with the sauce and tell me how amazed you are at how good this is. 😎

- 1.0 Medium onion, diced

- 0.0Tbsp Tarragon

- 1.0Tbsp EVOO
