STEPS
INGREDIENTS
Cut half cup onions and red peppers in dices , and put in pan with oil. add 1 tsp salt and pinch of turmeric
Put 1 tbs garlic , ginger , 1/2 tsp green chili , and a pinch of garam masala. This is based on my recipe you can add more or less its all according to your taste
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Mix well until onions and peppers are soft. Let it cool for about 10-15 mins
On a piece of foil get all purpose flour and Panko bread crumbs about 1 cup each. Panko bread crumbs are very crunchy I prefer them
Now get minced chicken in a bowl I used one pack which will make 4 burgers. Get onions and peppers mixture and mix all ingredients well with the chicken. I added cilantro too for a more Indian flavor
Now for the messy part get some oil on your palm
And score your minced chicken in fours. It will be easy to do it this way
Now take one section in your palm and make a ball, it won't be perfect because minced chicken is way to soft. Drop your ball on the dry mixture and start forming a burger
Like so.... It will be easy to this once the ball is on the dry ingredients make sure all the sides of the burger is fully covered with bread crumbs and all purpose flour
I made four I will leave this covered with cling fill in the fridge for about two hours or you can also cook right away
The reason why I used the foil is because its easy to move the patty without breaking
In a pan get oil make sure it's hot but not to hot, now add your burgers in , it should sizzle
Flip about 10 mins later, then again every 15-20 mins you want to make sure it's nice and crunchy
It will look like this it took me 40 mins to cook the burgers, chicken should be well cooked. If your not familiar about whether its done or not I recommend just cutting a edge and tasting
I made this sauce it's 1/2 cup mayo 1/2 cup cilantro blended Pinch of garlic, salt and 1 tsp hot sauce
Toast the buns then Coat one side with the sauce I made and the other side with ketchup. It's not necessary to add the sauce I made you can just put mayo and ketchup
Then serve:) flavors will explode in your mouth each bite will crunch to your tong
