How to make crunchy oatmeal and nut cereals

This is a much healthier and yummier alternative than the bigger brands. Theirs usually have a lot of sugar. Hope you'll enjoy it!

Chop the nuts. Chop chop.. The nuts is optional. I prefer these nuts, walnut, hazelnut and almond. :)

Peel and mash the hole banana until it becomes real smooth and sticky.

Now put the peanut butter, olive oil, cinnamon and vanilla powder together in a bowl. Mix it well. You can also use vanilla extract but not that much.

Add the oatmeal and the chopped nuts in the mix.

It should look like this when you put it in the pan. Try to make some space throughout the mix.

Put it in for 15 minutes, but stir the mix atleast two times to prevent being burned.

Done! It should look like this and have a crunchy texture. Mmhhm the smell is so nice!

You can eat it with milk like cereals or just as they are, like a snack. A healthier alternative. Hoped you enjoyed my first guide! :D

If you want, you can add honey or syrup instead of peanutbutter (or with) to get a more sweeter taste.
