Ingredients
Melt butter over medium heat.
Once butter starts to bubble, add flour an stir.
Until smooth
Add 1/2 cup milk and whisk
Until thick
Away from flame Season with salt pepper and nutmeg
Slowly add cheese and stir
Form sandwich
Dijon Mustard
Toast on skillet
Place in broiler
Pour bechamel on top.
Place in oven
Bake until brown.
Serve!
