Get your croissants ready.

Now tear them up. You can do this with your hands, or with a pair of scissors or even a knife. I used my hands because I invented the word lazy.

Now set those aside. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar till well combined.

I recently bought vanilla bean paste and fell in love with it. It is pricey here where I live but definitely worth it... I recommend buying vanilla paste but vanilla extract will suffice. :)

Add and mix!

Now slowly add your milk and cream to the bowl. I whisked while adding but it isn't necessary. I actually did it because my milk was warm and so I didn't want to 'cook' the eggs.

Done with that! Now add the croissants in this bowl. Submerge them and then put it in the fridge for 1 hr. Some let it soak for many hours but I think 1 is more than enough.

After an hour, it's ready! Also, start preheating your oven to 180C/350F 10 minutes before you take the croissant mixture out.

Get your baking dish ready.

And pop it in. Lol. Bake in the oven for 50-60 minutes.

- 4.0 Croissants (large)
- 3.0 Eggs
- 3/4c Sugar
- 1.0tsp Vanilla paste/extract
- 2.0c Milk
- 1.0c Heavy cream
