Ingredients: Everything you need minus the Velveeta and crock pot 😃
Bring water to a boil then add your macaroni and cook.
Shred cheese and cut Velveeta into small pieces. I cut it in half and then cut the halves in half as you can see.
Butter the sides of the crock pot to prevent sticking
Put macaroni in the crock pot and Stir in your butter
Add your cheeses, half and half, evaporated milk, salt and pepper
Cover and let cook on low for 2 to 3hrs. Stirring once half way through.
During the last 15 minutes add some cheese.
- 12.0oz Elbow macaroni
- 1/4c Butter
- 12.0oz Evaporated milk
- 1/2c Half & Half
- 12.0oz Shredded cheddar and monterey jack cheese
- 4.0oz Velveeta cheese cut into cubes
- 1/4tsp Pepper
- 1/4tsp Salt
- Cooking spray
