Ingredients: 150 grams of mars bars or any other chocolate caramel bar ( I am using twix & milkway), 40 g of butter and 200g of cornflakes
In a medium saucepan melt the mars bars and butter, mixing constantly with a wooden spoon and crushing the bars with the back of the spoon. Turn off the heat and mix in the cornflakes gently.
Line mini cupcake tins with paper cups. Fill each paper cup with 1 teaspoon of the mixture. Then let it sit in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. Garnish with melted chocolate before serving.
