3 eggs, milk and water, flour, salt and sugar and the oil....or melted butter if u prefer
In a blender put 3 cups of milk, 1/2 cup of water, 3 large eggs and 3 TBsp oil (or 100 g melted butter): few pulses then add 2 cups of flower, a pinch of salt and a pinch of sugar mix 30 secs. Done
You can use immediately. This batter doesn't need a resting time. The first crepe is not good
The second has lots of holes but it doesn't matter

This recipe makes 15-17 crepes depends on the pan and the thickness. It is supposed to b very thin. And that is why it is called crepe
Delicious with chocolate spread. Of course it could b savory as well
