Ingredients

Crack two eggs into blender

3/4 cup milk

1/2 cup water

1 cup flour

Melt 3 Tbsp butter at 10 second increments

Add to blender
I forgot to mention, you need to add a little vanilla an 2 1/2 T sugar to the blender.

Pulse on blender until smooth (about 10 seconds)

It will be VERY liquidy, it needs to be:)

Refrigerate for one hour.

This allows the bubbles to subside, and there will be less chance of tearing.

Slide on to a plate

Top with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar

Now fold it up and top with powdered sugar
