INGREDIENTS

Sift 1cup of all-purpose flour and 1/4 cup of icing sugar into a medium bowl. You may also use a fork if you do not have a sifter.

Next add 1 cup of milk, 2 beaten eggs,1pinch of salt,1 teaspoon of vanilla extract,and last 3 tablespoons of melted butter. Stir all ingredients thoroughly.

Spray pan with cooking spray or butter. Turn burner on medium heat. Let warm up for 1 minute!!

Add 2 1/4 tablespoons of batter into the pan.Let sit until top gets halfway dry looking.

Once you see that the top looks halfway dry then use a spatula to flip your crepe. Let sit for about 1 1/2 minutes then flip again. Repeat steps 4 and 5 for the rest of your batter.

Remember to spray pan with cooking spray before you pour in your batter because your crepes will burn if you do not!!!!!!!
