Get out all of your ingredients.

Get out all of your utensils.

Add 1 cup of flour in the mixing bowl.

Add 2 eggs to the flour.

This is what it should look like.

Mix the flour and eggs together.

Add 1/2 cup of water to the eggs and flour.

Add 1/2 cup of milk to the mixture.

Mix all of it thoroughly.

Use a whisk if needed.

Add 2 tablespoons of melted butter to the mixture.

Add 1/4 salt to the mixture.

Beat until smooth.

Heat a light oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat.

Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle using approximately 1/4 cup for each crepe.

Cook the crepe for about 2 minutes, until the bottom is light brown. Loosen with a spatula, turn and cook the other side.

Serve hot.
