Out ingredients
Pour 2 cups of the cream into a pot and bring to a boil
Add 1 tsp vanilla
4 eggs
Separate just keep the yolks
Our ramekins
Get a glass dish and put napkins on the bottom to keep them from sliding
Heat a pot of water
90 grams of sugar
Add to egg yolks
Start whisking
Whisk hard
All done
You don't want a lot of foam so you can scoop off the foam may take a little
All done
Your ramekins in the baking dish, fill dish 1/3 up the ramekin
I used a Baster because it was mess free and easy
Cover in foil
Bake at 250 for an 1hr
Let cool for an 1 or 2 hours
All set
Add white sugar
I broiled but use a torch for better result
Mmm all done
I served with fresh fruit and whipped cream
