Beat well.. Dont worry if there are a few lumps of mayo or ranch

Add butter or margarine to heated pan

Pour in egg mix

Scramble.. But dont cook for too long. It should appear moist

Yummy and creamy! Depending on your taste, add salt and pepper. Remember that mayo or ranch contains salt
