Chop parsley. Set aside.
Measure heavy whipping cream. Set aside.
Measure the Parmesan cheese. Set aside.
To make chicken broth, boil 3 cups of water.
Add 3 teaspoons of chicken granules to boiling water.
Now you have 3 cups of chicken broth. Set aside.
Add oil to a large pot and warm on medium low heat.
Add garlic and stir constantly 1-2 minutes.
Add butter and stir until melted.
When melted, it looks like this.
Add salt, pepper, and chicken stock. Bring to a boil over high heat.
Add angel hair pasta and cook 4 minutes over medium high heat.
When pasta is done cooking, it looks like this.
Remove from heat. Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted.
Pasta with melted Parmesan cheese looks like this.
Add heavy whipping cream and parsley. Stir well.
If desired, sprinkle with more parsley and Parmesan cheese. Serve and enjoy!
