Fry the chicken.
While so, chop the garlic.
Add the garlic. Fry on low heat to avoid to burn the garlic. There's no need at this stage to cook the chicken all the way through since it in the next step will simmer in the cream.
Add the cream. Let simmer for 5 minutes.
Add the crumbled feta cheese.
Add the tomatoes, and heat them up.
Finally add the fresh oregano. I didn't have any so I used some fresh basil. Worked wonders.
I didn't have tagliatelle or pappardelle at home but girandole also tasted great.
