How to make creamy crockpot chicken lasagna
Comes out more like a soup but it's so good, hubby had seconds!

STEPS
INGREDIENTS
Spray crockpot liner with cooking spray and put a tortilla in the bottom of the crockpot.
Sprinkle a fourth of the corn on top
Then a fourth of the tomatoes
And a fourth of the chilies
Make sure to drain and rinse your beans. You can use any kind of bean (black would be really good). I just used navy beans because it's what I had.
Add a fourth of the beans
Add a half cup of the chicken
Add a fourth of the onions
Sprinkle the top with the taco seasoning.
Dot that with a fourth of the cream of chicken soup.
Add a fourth of the cheese
And begin the process with all of the ingredients again. There should be about 4 layers.
On the top, pour the can of enchilada sauce. OR you can add some to each layer. To be honest, that's what I will do next time I make it. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
Good news and bad news. Bad news is that it comes out more like a soup/stew. Good news is that is is still delicious! Top with sour cream, black olives, cilantro, lime, whatever suits your fancy :)
