How to make cream papaya milk shake🍹
This Papaya Milk is a popular drink in Asian countries such as Singapore, Hong Kong and Taiwan. This is my simple home-version:) It turns out really nice and a healthy. Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS
Start by cutting the papaya in to small chunks. I used about half a papaya.
Put them in the blender:)
Add in as much milk as you want! I used about 2 cups.
It should cover more than half of the papayas( inaccurate picture>_<)
Add in a half a tea spoon of vanilla essences:)
Blenddddddddd*brrrrrrrrrrr*
Pour it in a cup and your done! Yum!(add some cream in too!)
Papayas are good to your skin and body in so many ways! Being a good source of Vitamin A and Papain, this fruit helps in removing dead skin cells along with breaking down the inactive proteins.
And milk is also great for your body:) so next time you have a milkshake craving, try this out!😃
The quantities I used in this guide can make up to 3 cups of the papaya milkshake:) and it can be stored up to 2 days in the fridge.
- Half a papaya
- 1/2c Milk
- A blender
- 1.0tsp Vanilla essences
