Mix flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Then fold in cranberries and nuts. Use whatever nut choice you prefer or have on hand and you can add more cranberries too.
Don't crush the berries. Mix well and set aside.
Mix together butter, sugar and egg. Add orange juice and stir well. This is a transition food - good ingredients with some we'd like to limit so you have the ability to adjust sugar from 3/4c to 0.
Use the least processed sugar as a healthier choice. Add flour mixture to orange juice mixture.
Grease and lightly flour 9" x 9" pan and pour mixture in.
Level it out a bit and cook on 350 for 45 minutes or until you lightly touch it and it springs back.
