Add flour, baking soda, cinnamon, cloves and kosher salt to mixing bowl.
Add room temperature butter, sugar and brown sugar to stand mixer.
Scrape sides of bowl, then add eggs one at a time.
Scrape sides of bowl, and add vanilla.
Slowly and gradually add flour mixture.
Toss onto mixed dough in mixing bowl cranberries, butterscotch chips, and oatmeal.
Mix slow, as to not overwork dough, just to combine well.
Finished dough! Ready to bake!!!
Scoop with tablespoon cookie scoop.
Place on cookie sheet, at least two inches apart.
Full sheet ready to pop in the oven at 375 degrees for 10 minutes.
Half way baked!
Almost done another minute or two to go!
Remove cookies from tray and place on cooling rack. Allow baking tray to cool before baking more cookies. Finished cookies!!! Enjoy!
