How to make cous cous with pomegranate
Cooking time: 5-10 min Serving : 2 Simply delicious. Fluffy texture. Well compliment to Tajine or stew dishes.

INGREDIENTS
Heat up Olive oil, add cous cous and garlic. Stir for a minute. Lower to medium heat, Add boiled water, keep stiring for 2-3 min.
When cous cous absorbs all liquid, add butter , salt and pepper to taste. Tip: at the end, use a fork to stir and make a fluffy texture
Off the heat. Add pomegranate and parsley.
- 1.0c Cous cous
- 2.0Tbsp Olive oil
- 2.0Tbsp Butter
- 0.0c Pomegranate
- 1.0 Clove of Garlic
- Salt, pepper to taste
- 1.0Tbsp Chopped Parsley
- 1.0c Boiled water
