Grate 5 courgettes into baking dish , blend 1 onion and 2 cloves of garlic and add to it , add hand full of uncooked quinoa
Grate cheddar cheese ( 200g ) and ( 50g ) Parmesan , also add 2 eggs , pinch of salt and black pepper . Now is the time to mix it gently all together with your hands . Add bit of milk ( 50 ml )
Add some breadcrumbs on top and bake for 30 min on 180 degree :) serve hot all cold .. Enjoy
