Gather your supplies
I used just half a liter of milk, pour it into a hot pan
Pour 3 to 5 tbsp of white vinegar
This is how it looks
Pour it to your colander or cloth
And let sit for 15 min, so all the whey can drain properly
After 15 min take the cloth
Squeeze it a little bit
And this is the cheese, you can put some salt in it and/or mix it with herbs so it gets a special taste
Transfer into a container that can be sealed and let sit on the fridge for one hour or so, enjoy!
