Soak corn in water for about 30 minutes
Butter, cilantro and lime
Put corn on grill for about 30 minutes. Husk will get toasted when done.
3 tablespoon of butter
Finely chop jalapeño
Melt butter
Add jalapeño
Zest lime
Add lime zest to butter
Squeeze lime in butter
Finely chop cilantro add to butter
Pour butter mixture over corn and serve
