Get out all ingredients
Combine 2 cups of flour,sugar and salt and yeast in a large mixing bowl (mix well).
Add softened butter and hot water.
Beat in electric mixer for 2 minutes at medium speed.
Scrap sides of the bowl with spatula.
Add another cup of flour and beat with rubber spatula
Beat for one minute
Stir in remaining flour
Scrape sides of bowl
Use just enough flour so the dough leaves the sides of the bowl
Turn dough onto board with a little flour on it
Flour your hands and knead dough for 10-15 minutes
Add more flour
Shape into loaf of bread and brush with oil and cover with plastic wrap and let in rise in fridge for 2-25 hours
Cook for 30-40 minutes at 400 degrees
