Take the cream and whip it up so its mediumhard
Put it in a bowl and clean out the other one
In the other bowl you put 1 egg, 50 ml sugar and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla. I used 1/2 tsp of vanilla sugar but you can use real vanilla too.
Whip it up until it looks like this
Now carefully fold in the whipped cream into the egg mixture
food coloring :D you dont need to use blue, but I think it looks funny, i almost did cool purple ice cream haha :)
I wanted some color in it, so i took some sprinkles in it and folded in, but i sugess you do it later on, i gonna show you.
Pour it in a container and put the lid on. And in to the freezer for half an hour.
After 30 minutes, take it out and stir it and fold it. this is so you dont get ice crystals. And in to the freezer for another 30 minutes.

If you get a watery sause thing in it, just stir it in and it Will look and Taste normal, i think its from the food coloring
In to the freezer for a Third time and keep doing it like this.

Now when its more "icecreamy" a poured in some more sprinkles
Now it looks good! Put it in the freezer for 30 minutes more (it should be in for 3-4 hours)
One more to go in My opinion.
I like it when its soft, but If you want it harder, just keep the process
- 150.0ml Cream
- 1.0 Egg
- 50.0ml Sugar
- 0.0tsp Vanilla
- Blue food coloring
