INGREDIENTS
Put in a bowl all the dry ingredients
Mix all of the dry ingredients
Then put in a small bowl the 200g butter
Cream your butter
Crack in your egg and add your butter. Stir in all the dry ingredients
Add a dash of milk if your mixture is looking dry
Break up all of your chocolate into it. Pop them into the oven for 11 minutes .When you get them out they will not look cooked but they'll be hard and overcooked once they are cool.
- 300g of caster sugar
- You will need 275g of flour
- 75g of cacao pouder
- 200g of butter
- 1 large egg
- A large bar of white & milk chocolate
