How to make cookie monster nails

Start off with a sheer pink base coat

Add blue glitter lines :)

On one finger draw a blue circle 3/4 up the nail

Add his little eyes coming off his face just a bit

While the eyes dry do his mouth as a half circle :D

Add small black dots in his eyes

Now take a brown and create circles in random areas

Add black chocolate chips :)
