Love the taste of cookie dough, but feel bad about the calories? Turned off by the raw egg? Here's a solution! Who knew a little maple syrup, peanut butter, and Greek yogurt could taste so similar!
Gather your small list of ingredients.
Add the yogurt into a container of your choice. Note, you can use plain yogurt instead of vanilla as long as you add a teaspoon of pure vanilla extract to it.
Add in a tablespoon of maple syrup. Feel free to substitute with honey; perhaps a local one to combat allergies!
Because I used a salted caramel syrup instead of regular maple syrup, I omitted the salt. If using regular maple syrup, though, add in a pinch of salt.
Next you add a tablespoon of peanut butter. I used smooth because I made this for my husband, and this is what he prefers - but I'm sure the texture of crunchy peanut butter would be fantastic.
Now add in your chocolate chips. A tablespoon will do it, but we are using healthy Greek yogurt so a little more chocolate couldn't hurt! 😉
Stir this bad boy up! Mix until all ingredients are incorporated.
End result, delicious and much healthier than the real thing. Just remember, everything in moderation!

- 1.0Tbsp Peanut Butter
- 1.0Tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1.0pch Kosher Salt
- 1.0Tbsp Chocolate Chips
