Gather all your ingredients.
Cream together butter and sugars^
Mash your banana and mix into the mixture.
Once it is well blended, add in flour, baking soda and salt. Stir together.
Pour in chocolate chips and combine. Taste testing is welcome at this point:D
I know its hard to wait, but cover with foil and place in freezer for around 30 mins.
While you wait, melt your chocolate over medium low heat in a saucepan, stirring occasionally.
Once the dough is firm, shape the dough into egg shapes. Feel free to make them as big as you want:)
Using two forks, dip the eggs into the chocolate. Make sure the chocolate has cooled and the dough is cold. If it is melty, pop it back into the freezer for a few minutes.
Place eggs on parchment paper and put them in the freezer. Freeze until they harden.
Place eggs in an airtight container and refrigerate... If you don't eat them all ;)

- 1.0 Tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2c Brown sugar
- 1/4c Granulated sugar
- 1/2tsp Baking soda

- 1/2c Chocolate chips
- Melted chocolate
