How to make cookie brownies

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.

Grease the bottom of the pan with cooking spray.

Put all the brownie ingredients (2 tbs water, 1/2 stick butter, egg) into a bowl for mixing.

Mix together until smooth batter forms.

Place batter into pan and set aside.

Gather all cookie ingredients (1 tbs water, 1/2 stick butter) into a bowl for mixing.

Mix all ingredients together to form dough.

Form the cookie dough into small balls to place all over the brownie batter.
