INGREDIENTS
In a large pan melt in the oil and the butter
Cut onions into semicircle and put into the hot pan
Let them get lightly golden brown
Cut the potatoes into thin circles
After 3-5 minutes season the onion with a little bit of salt and the spices
Add in the tomato sauce and mix well, let the tastes mix up for a minute
Meanwhile season potatoes with salt and peppers before putting in the pan
Put the potatoes into the pan. Mix well and cover with the lid( as u see my pan was too small so i transformed it into a larger pan)πππ
Chop the parsley
Beat in the eggs, add the chopped parsley into the egg mixture, but keep a tiny bit for garnishing
Mix the potato from time to time for not get the onions burn , otherwise they will change the colour into black and won't taste good
In the end add the egg mixture, cover and let it cook for another 2-3 minutes

- 2.0 Large onions
- 10.0 Large potatos
- 25.0g Vegetable oil
- 25.0g Butter
- 4.0 Large eggs
- A bunch of parsley
- 1.0Tbsp Tomato sauce
- Salt, pepper, paprika
