Take out yolk and put in separate bowl.

Mix up a variety of dye colors.

Put emptied, cooked, egg white pieces in dye to color. Carefully turn front to back. Leave in for enough time to deep color the eggs.

Take dyed eggs out of dye and onto a cooling rack to drip dry.

While egg whites are drying, mix up the yolk to your liking. I used mayo, mustard, & artichoke dip.

Put yolk mixture into ziplock bag, seal tight.

Ship a tiny bit off of corner of zip lock, to use for a piping bag.

Slowly squeeze yolk mixture into each egg white.

I like to add a sprinkle of paprika...just like Mom used to do! Keep in sealed container in refrigerator until ready to serve. Enjoy!
