Mix 1 tsp coconut extract, 1 tsp coconut oil, and 4 tbsp peanut butter together.

Soak bread in egg whites for 3-4 minutes. Add 1 tsp to egg whites now for even more coconut flavor.

Spray skillet with butter spray & cook slowly, on low-medium heat.


Top with sugar free syrup!
