STEPS
INGREDIENTS
Wash green onions
Wash red peppers in sink
Wash limes in sink
Measure out 2 cups of hot water into bowl
Add 2 teaspoons better than bouillon
Use whisk to mix the broth together
Use scissors to cut the green onions into pieces the width of a pencil erasers
Use cutting board and knife and cut the top off the red peppers
Using cutting board, knife, and cutting guide cut the red peppers in half
Using the cutting board, knife, and cutting guide cut the red pepper into small pieces
Season top side with salt and pepper
Place chicken seasoned side down on baking sheet
Season top side of chicken with salt and pepper
Carefully put chicken in oven
Cook for 20 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in the center
Using pot holders grab the baking sheet out of the oven
Use can opener to open can of coconut milk. The next slide is an example of how to use the can opener
Measure 1/2 cup coconut milk
Add 1/2 cup coconut milk to pot
Add curry paste
Use whisk to combine paste and coconut milk
Add remainder of milk
Add chicken broth to pot
Add fish sauce to pot
Use whisk and stir to combine
Add red peppers to pot
Add chicken to pot
Add peas to pot
Add 1/4 tsp of salt
Turn pot up to 8
Bring to a boil
Turn burner down to 5
Simmer for 8 minutes
Add lime juice
Add green onions
Set table with bowls,forks,spoons, and cups
