These are the ingredients
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Butter a 9x9 pan. Place wax paper or parchment over that. Then spray with non stick cooking spray (Pam). This is vital in order to keep the brownie from sticking to the wax paper and the pan.
Melt together the chocolate and butter on the stove at low heat, gradually adding more chocolate. Stir continuously until smooth, then remove from heat.
Pour the chocolate mixture into a medium bowl, and gradually add in the sugar.
Pour the vanilla extract in and mix thoroughly.
Mix in the eggs one at a time.
Mix in salt and flour. Stir until smooth. Your mixture should be thick but pliable.
Mix in the cocoa powder and stir.
Pour mixture into the prepared pan and smooth out the surface.
Carefully place pan into preheated oven using oven mitts. (Caution: oven will be extremely hot; take great care while doing this step)
Set the timer for 40 minutes and let it bake.
Take the finished brownie out of the oven and set aside to cool. (Caution: this step also involves a hotoven; take all precautions needed)
Once completely cooled, cut the brownie into small squares. You can either eat it just like that or pair it with vanilla ice cream and strawberry slices.

- 1.0c Flour
- 2.0Tbsp Natural cocoa
- 9x9 baking pan
- Wax paper/ parchment (enough to cover a 9x9 pan)
