I always try to use what I have on hand! I had a piece of shiny glitter paper that I thought would be perfect!

I mod Podge all the clothes pins that would fit on the paper. After it was dry, I used a rotary tool to cut each one out.

Cover the hole of the cd with a piece of paper and start mod podging the sequins from the middle out.

I built up the sequins to compensate for dead space between the cd and clothes pins.
