In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients together until all the powders are combined.

Make a well in the center in the middle of the dry ingredients and crack the eggs in the well.

After, add 1/2 of the milk into the bowl with the ingredients, and mix slowly until batter does not contain any lumps.

Add in the vanilla, if you decide to use it, and the other ingredients and mix until the batter is thick and contains no lumps.

Put stove on medium heat and to test heat, dip the tip of your fingers into some water and flick on pan, if the water bubbles that means pancakes are ready to go on the stove.

Take a 1/4 measuring cup and fill with batter, pour on pan.

When the trim of pancake bubbles as browns flip it.

Check pancake by pulling the corner up to see if the bottom side is browning, if it is, then the pancake is done, take off stove and repeat process until pancake batter is all used up.

Optional: Dot whipped cream over pancake and place strawberries on top. ENJOY! 😝
