How to make classic churros

Here is everything you need

Lets get started by using a pot

Let's add the two cups of water

Then we add the butter and salt

Let's bring it up to a boil

Now that is boiling

We add the flour and mix with a spoon and remove from the stove (note: use a wooden spoon if you use a metal be careful the heat will heat up the spoon really fast)

Mixing

Make sure you don't see any white spots of flour.

Now we let the dough cool for a little bit just to the touch then we add one egg yolk and mix it in

Mixing until the egg is mix into the dough and repeat for the second egg

Now we use a pastry bag with a star tip or some people have use a frosting decorator too but I like the pastry bag better :-)

Now we fill it up with the dough half way

We start frying the churros in oil at 350. You can do it in the stove just adjust your heat so the churros won't burn

Now lets mix the sugar with the cinnamon until is fully mix

Grab a plate with paper towels and add the churros to drain the oil in the plate and to cool a little bit

Now we add the churros to coat with the sugar mixture
