Melt butter and warm milk to luke warm temperature. Add sugar and salt. Mix in yeast and flour. Mix the dough for 5 minutes using a mixing machine or spatula
Let the dough rise for 30-40 minutes
Knead the dough and roll it out to about 1/2 inch thick.

Spread butter, sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla sugar on the dough.
Roll up the dough.
Cut up the roll into 28 buns( pieces) and put into muffin forms
Let rise for about 20 minutes and bake in the oven at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
