Add yeast in warm water and sir

Add and stir in one at a time sugar, melted butter, salt, beat eggs, & 10 cups of flour

Knead until no dry flour remains

Cover and let sit until it doubles in size: 30-60 min

Punch down dough after rise and split Into two equal pieces Then roll out to about 1/2" thick

Spread dough with butter sugar cinnamon brown sugar and then pecans

Option: Add heavy cream if you want to do sticky buns

Rolling to log cut into approximately 1 inch pieces and set onsides in greased pan with room to grow

Cover and let rise for up to 30 minutes

After 25 minutes at 350° remove and let sit for two minutes before removing from pan

For frosting mix a teaspoon of vanilla with one stick of butter and a tablespoon of milk with powdered sugar
