How to make cinnamon apple bake

This is a recipe that I found on Betty Crocker's website that was called Cinnamon Apple Crisp. I changed some ingredients to make it dairy-free & less sugar.

Preheat oven to 350*. Arrange apple slices core side facing down.

Add all ingredients to mixing bowl.

Stir until mixture is crumbly.

Pour mixture over top of apples.

Bake for 35-45 minutes or until apples are tender. I like to serve it with some yummy coconut milk ice cream!

  • 5.0 Apples Cored & sliced thin
  • 1.0c King Arthur Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1/2c packed brown sugar
  • 1/3c Earth Balance Coconut Spread, melted & cooled
  • 1.0tsp baking powder
  • 1.0tsp ground cinnamon
  • 3/4tsp salt
  • 1/2tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1.0 egg
