Preheat oven to 350*. Arrange apple slices core side facing down.
Add all ingredients to mixing bowl.
Stir until mixture is crumbly.
Pour mixture over top of apples.
Bake for 35-45 minutes or until apples are tender. I like to serve it with some yummy coconut milk ice cream!
- 5.0 Apples Cored & sliced thin
- 1.0c King Arthur Whole Wheat Flour
- 1/2c packed brown sugar
- 1/3c Earth Balance Coconut Spread, melted & cooled
- 1.0tsp baking powder
- 1.0tsp ground cinnamon
- 3/4tsp salt
- 1/2tsp ground nutmeg
- 1.0 egg
