once brought to a boil reduce the heat to medium-low and cover til the rice is tender about 20-25 minutes

once cooked remove from heat and add lime juice, cilantro,and salt use a fork to fluff the rice

  • 2.0c chicken stock
  • 2.0Tbsp fresh lime juice
