INGREDIENTS
Prepare the mould with butter and flour. 19x7 cm
The ingredients: flour, butter, sugar, honey and eggs
Grind the spices
Melt the butter with the honey and sugar.
Grate the orange and the ginger over the butter mix. When the sugar is melted... Put them aside to cool down
Add the butter mixture to the dry ingredients: (flour, salt and baking powder and the spices)
Beat the eggs with a fork. Add over the batter. Then add the almond and the hazelnut flours (optional). Put in the mould. Bake 55 mins in a preheated oven 170C

- 250.0g Honey
- 75.0g Coconut sugar
- 215.0g Whole wheat flour
- 0.0tsp Salt
- 1.0tsp Baking powder
- 2.0cm Ginger grated
- 1.0 Orange zest
- 10.0 Peppercorns + 1 Tsp turmeric
- 1.0Tbsp Anise seed or 2 star anis
- 0.0tsp Nutmeg
- 10.0 Cardamon pods
- 5.0 Cloves
- 1.0Tbsp Cinnamon
- 2.0 Eggs
- 130.0g Ground Almond and noisette 65g each
