How to make christmas pecan/pistacchios marshmallow fudge

It's always nice to try new recipes and this was tested on some friends with a very good result. This is like Rocky Road but softer.

INGREDIENTS

Measure all the ingredients before doing anything else. Once the chocolate begins to melt it all goes rather fast.

Stir and remove lumps.

Just blend, don't over do it or you risk that the marshmallows melt. Pour the batter into the cake pan. Put in the fridge to make easier to cut later.

  • 100.0g Milk chocolate
  • 250.0ml Sweet condensed milk
  • 15.0g Butter
  • 1.0tsp Vanilla extract
  • 150.0ml (Mini) Marshmallows
  • 100.0ml Mixed nuts (here pistachios & pecans)
